Privacy Notice

We collect only what is needed to publish and manage adverts.

What we collect

• Advert content you submit: title, category, description, location, price and photos.
• Contact details you choose to share: name, phone/WhatsApp and optional email.
• Anonymous reports about listings (reason and optional details).
• Email and password for moderator accounts only.

How it is used

Contact details are displayed publicly on your advert once approved, so interested people can reach you. Pending and declined adverts are visible only to moderators. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Removal

To remove an advert or your details, use "Report this listing" with reason "Other" and explain, or contact a NISAD executive. Moderators may delete declined or outdated adverts.

This notice is aligned with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 principles of data minimisation and purpose limitation.
